No Hassle Returns

We hope you're happy with your Root7 product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalised items.

You can return your item, collection or set to us for a refund or an exchange within 30 days from date of dispatch (not order date) if you have changed your mind.

The Return address is on the slip provided on delivery. Please fill out the form to send back to us if you have changed your mind.

Unwanted products

If you decide that your order is not quite right, then you can return order within 30 days of your purchase and we will happily refund or exchange your order.

To return your order:

  • Simply complete the returns form that was included inside your parcel
  • If you have not received a returns label, please contact us at
  • Send your order to Root7 Returns, c/o Nivtar Distribution, Duxford Business Park, Hurdles Way, Duxford, Cambridge CB22 4PA with your chosen courier at your own cost.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is either faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at with the following details:

  • Your name and order number
  • Details on the fault or damage
  • Photograph of the damaged/faulty product and the packaging and parcel it arrived in
  • Whether you would like a refund or replacement

We will then advise you on the next steps for a replacement or refund.  To protect yourself and our distribution partners, never send back broken items.

Items exempt from being returned.

There are several types of goods that cannot be returned, this includes any perishable goods such as food or drink, personalised items, gift card, goods that include hazardous materials and flammable liquids.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

When approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for example books with obvious signs of use which mean that the product is unsuitable for resale.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
